Are you a freelancer thinking about making the switch back to a full time gig? You’re not alone.
2016 was a tough year for some in the creative industry. However, sometimes we realize that we’re just not ready for the the self-employed route. Not everyone is cut out for the freelance life and with the changes to our industry this past year, making the move back to a conventional job is a move many folks are choosing to make.
In today’s episode, Jessica and Dan talk about the reverse move back into the full time arena, and transitioning back to working for someone else. We discuss our past experiences, going through the transition addressing the decision to make a change, and actually doing it.

We’d love to hear from you and what your experience has been like as an independently own business owner and freelancer. We would also love to hear from those of you who also chose to make the switch, and go back into the in-house designer role.
